The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
Provide general administrative support such as typing, copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist with data entry and database management.
