House Inspector/Repair Coordinator Position reports to:
General Manager of Operations __________________________________________________________________________________ PRIMARY PURPOSE (DESCRIBE BRIEFLY WHY THIS POSITION EXISTS):
Inspect homes and make minor repairs as needed, assuring that the homes are fully functional, secure, and that customers and the office are made aware of any irregularities.
Prepare Work Orders as required and assure they are completed to maintain home to customer satisfaction.
SECONDARY PURPOSE (DESCRIBE BRIEFLY THE SECONDARY REASON WHY THIS POSITION EXISTS):
Do minor repairs, open houses when required, and coordinate with other employees and contractors when required ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Primary:
House checks once a week (or as scheduled) when temperatures are above 25 degrees House checks every day when temperatures are 25 degrees or below Coordination/Scheduling of House Checks House checks after major events such as flood or heavy winds Recommendations for repairs and write-up of work orders Assure homes are secure Assure office is made aware of any irregularities Secondary Miscellaneous repairs to make house functional Open houses for Employee and Contractor Access Coordinates with other employees and contractors to assure timely and high quality repairs JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Briefly describe knowledge, skills, abilities required):
